Internship: Analog/mixed-signal verification of a LIN transceiver with auto-addressing

For our department Analog Design we are offering an internship (m/f/d). The topic is Analog/mixed-signal verification of a LIN transceiver with auto-addressing.

The following tasks are to be solved as part of an internship

  • Introduction to modern circuit development and verification tools (Synopsys Custom Compiler & Synopsys PrimeWave)
  • Introduction to the circuitry of a LIN transceiver with auto-addressing
  • Development of verification methods and analog/mixed-signal test benches
  • Development of Python scripts for automating circuit verification
  • Documentation and presentation of results
     

You meet the following requirements

  • Completed basic studies in electrical engineering, information systems engineering (or comparable)
  • Basic knowledge of analog circuit design
  • Experience with circuit simulation
  • Experience with the Python programming language and working with the Unix/Linux console
  • Interest in IC development and automation
