Internship: Integrated circuit layout creation

For our department Layout we are offering an internship (m/f/d). The topic is the conversion of a circuit block with sub-groups into a layout suitable for mask generation, including final checks.

During this internship the following tasks are to be solved

  • Familiarization with the layout tool (Cdesigner)
  • Familiarization with the technology to be used (TSMC)
  • Layout of a voltage divider
  • Layout of a simple low-voltage circuit
  • Creation of layouts for a block with sub-assemblies and additional, more complex circuits using high-voltage components
     

Our requirements

  • Completion of the first cycle of studies in electrical engineering or a comparable field
  • Interest in graphics
