Internship: Specification and Implementation of Measurement Tasks on an Automated Semiconductor Test System
The following tasks are to be solved as part of an internship
- Discussion and refinement of the measurement concept and description of the planned measurements in the form of a test concept
- Implementation of the measurement routines on the ATE (Automatic Test Equipment, Advantest T2000-IPSE) in C++
- Investigation of measurement stability for the implemented routines
- Statistical analysis of the results across multiple ICs
You meet the following requirements
- Completed undergraduate studies in electrical engineering, information systems engineering (or a comparable field)
- Experience with the C++ programming language
- Basic knowledge and interest in measurement technology
- Interest in automating measurement processes on modern test systems
