For our department Analog Design we are looking for Analog-Mixed Modeling and Verification Design Engineers (m/f/d) for deep submicron automotive designs
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of work experience or master’s degree plus 2 years of work experience in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in RF design and EMA simulation tools
- Experience with integrated circuit design and simulation tools
- Experience with CAD schematic and layout tools and design evaluation and qualification
- Good communication and presentation skills and an approach to solve problems analytically
- Ability to work in a multi-site, multi-cultural global team environment
- Very good English written and verbal communication skills
You are interested in the following tasks
- electromagnetic RF modeling and verification of integrated hv mixed signal designs, including packaging and silicon substrate effects
- silicon lab characterization and optimizing of the integrated design through re-simulation
- incorporating the extracted parasitic silicon structures into higher-level circuit models, e.g. RF package modeling, substrate-modeling, ground and supply net modelling
- support of the full design path from first ideas to design, simulation, fabrication and test/characterization
- participating in meetings with colleagues
