Group Leader with design experience (m/f/d)
You fulfill the following requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable with focus on Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design
- 6-8 years of professional experience in development, microelectronics or similar with focus on Analog / Mixed Signal Design
- 3-4 years team leadership, experience in leading and managing employees in the field of research & development
- Consolidated experience in technical project management or project management would be desirable
- Use of standard IC design development tools and knowledge of semiconductor processes
- Previous experience in the automotive sector, functional safety and experience with technical and personnel are desirable
- Fluent technical English
You are interested in the following tasks
- Disciplinary management of an Analog / Mixed Signal IC development group incl. supervision of students
- Management, resource planning, recruitment and professional and methodological development of the team
- Investment planning, budget responsibility
- Responsibility for technical design for motor control or similar areas - for a team or as a coach for one or more technical managers
- Conducting annual employee appraisals including setting targets
