Senior / Staff Analog & Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer (m/f/d)

For the Analog & Mixed Signal Design department we are looking for a Senior / Staff Analog & Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer (m/f/d).

What We’re Looking For

  • More important to us than a perfect resume is your experience in analog thinking, simulation, and robust IC development—in the field of microelectronics with a focus on analog and mixed-signal design
  • Enjoyment of solving challenging problems in analog and analog/digital circuit design, as well as simulating circuits
  • Discussions, coordination, and decision-making within agile teams
  • A degree in electrical engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur or Master’s) or equivalent, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal IC design
  • Solid experience with BCD technologies at feature sizes of 350 nm, 180 nm, 90 nm, or smaller, and some familiarity with functional safety
  • Good command of English

You are interested in the following tasks

  • Developing innovative circuit and system concepts for sophisticated high-voltage and mixed-signal ICs—from the initial idea through simulation and review to commissioning.
  • Analog/mixed-signal IC circuit development using modern high-voltage and fine-line CMOS technologies
  • Modeling and simulation of circuits and systems
  • Review and documentation of circuits and results
  • Further development of our development methodology with the ELMOS team
  • Participation in commissioning, support with application development, demonstrators, and customer commissioning

Then you can expect

  • At DMOS, you’ll work in an experienced, close-knit design center with flat hierarchies, a high level of technical responsibility, and direct influence on real products.
  • Our location right next to Dresden’s main train station combines modern working conditions with excellent accessibility.
  • Interesting and challenging tasks in an international environment—you’ll start with comprehensive onboarding and continuing education
  • Competent colleagues who will support you with advice and assistance
  • Flexible work hours, the option to work remotely, a company pension plan, bike leasing, company events, and social benefits
