We, the team at DMOS GmbH, bring ICs from specification to design and testing to the finished application in the automobiles of tomorrow.

We are a design center that has been growing for more than 20 years, developing integrated mixed-signal circuits for a wide range of applications. Our products are used in the automotive industry, in building automation, and in industrial automation 4.0. Since October 2025, we have been a wholly owned subsidiary of ELMOS Semiconductor SE.

Our young international team of 75 circuit developers, layout designers, application and test engineers, and software developers works in our own development and office building near Dresden's main train station, which offers excellent development and working conditions.
